Treasury Systems Consultant

Working with our sales managers, account managers and distribution partners, the Treasury Systems Consultant will be responsible for demonstrating the value of the IT2 software, support and services products we offer to targeted customers. There are a number of positions available.
Key skills required for this role include corporate treasury and/or Financial Institution treasury market knowledge/experience and a creative, solution-focused attitude. This role will include presenting high quality, differentiating system presentations and preparing high quality proposals and responses to RfPs.
Customer Support Consultant

The Customer Support Consultant plays a key role in improving and maintaining the satisfaction of IT2’s customers and partners. Customer service and incident management are the key elements of this role. Working with the Head of Customer Support and the Product Support Consultants the Customer Support Consultants are responsible for the quality and delivery of the support and services products we offer to our customers and partners.
This role will include coordinating the support incidents, fix requests and work orders for a dedicated group of customers/partners, performing initial support incident analysis and where required assigning support incidents to Product Support Consultants for further investigation.
